The Meet & Greet! We come to your home for a free consultation to meet you and your furry family member. This is our opportunity to learn the ins and outs of your pet’s care needs, routine, and lifestyle. We want to ensure we are the right fit for your pet and vice versa.

Set Up Your Pet Parent Profile! Once we’ve decided that we’re the right fit you will receive the enrollment email to our client portal, Pet Pocketbook. Go crazy with the details! Your profile covers everything from basic contact information to your pets behaviors and everything in between. We love utilizing Pet Pocketbook to maintain consistent care for your pet among our team members. Once this profile has been set up and you’ve signed the client agreement we will confirm appointment details and get those booked.

Book Online- anytime! You can log into your Pet Pocketbook account anytime and request services- whether you need us on a daily, weekly, or as-needed basis we will confirm and modify requests as needed. You can also utilize your account to contact team members, cancel existing appointments, and pay invoices.

It’s Go Time! The hard part is over now it’s time to relax knowing your pet is in caring and loving hands. We know they’re a part of the family that’s why we send report cards after every visit with notes and plenty of photos letting you know how our visit went. We want you to feel confident in your choice to book with Port City Paws and we take these extra steps to ensure you’re at ease when they’re in our care.
